Post dimensions:

Approximate weight:
3m - 16.5kg each
2.2m - 12.1kg each
Post use:
Our versatile design allows our composite posts to be used as end, intermediate, 3-way or 4-way posts. Meaning you only need to create the groove in the side you want to use leaving a clean, untouched finish on all other sides of the post.
Cutting:
Our composite fence posts can be easily to size using normal woodworking tools. The easiest way to cut them however is using a Mitre Saw (Chop Saw) with a fine tooth blade.
Installation:
Sunk in the ground:
Our posts can be concrete into the ground the same way you would traditional concrete or wooden posts
On top of solid base:
You can install our fence posts on top of a solid base using our fence post standing bases bolted down.
*Important installation note*
When it comes to installing our composite fence posts, we want to make sure everything is done with accuracy. That's why we advise measuring and channeling it out, instead of using the guidelines on the posts when using the slot between method. This will help ensure that the channel spacing is correct. However, in most cases, the guidelines on the posts should provide the correct spacing. But to be on the safe side and ensure a perfect installation, it is best to measure and channel it out.
Measure channel width to cut when using the Aspen Range: 20mm (the slat thickness)
Measure channel width to cut when using the Willow Range: 21mm (the slat thickness)
If you are installing by securing slats to the front of the post, this process does not need to be followed.
