Christmas and New Years Delivery Information - Updated 15th December '23
We will be closed for deliveries starting Wednesday 20th December 2023 with deliveries recommencing Wednesday 3rd January 2024.
We are still currently busy at the moment and have a delivery lead time of in stock products of between 2 to 6 working days.
If you place an order between Monday 11th December 2023 and Thursday 14th December 2023:
If you place an order between Monday 11th and Thursday 14th December we will endeavour to deliver before we stop deliveries for Christmas on Wednesday 20th December.
However unfortunately due to how busy we are we cannot guarantee this and if we cannot fulfill your order before Wednesday 20th December we will book your delivery in for when we recommence deliveries starting again on Wednesday 3rd January 2024.

If you place an order on or after Thursday 14th December your order will be delivered after New Year once our deliveries recommence on Wednesday 3rd January 2024.

Our remaining Christmas delivery slots between Monday 16th December and Thursday 19th December are now fully booked.
All orders will now be scheduled for delivery after our Christmas pause, which ends on Monday 6th January following our terms below.
Deliveries will be booked in and completed in the order they are received.

If you place an order between these dates we will book your delivery in for when we recommence deliveries starting on Monday 6th January 2024 onwards. Orders will be booked in and delivered in the order they were received.

Delivery Information
Important Information:
Our delivery lead time is temporarily longer than usual due to improvement works being made at our warehouse to expand our loading bays and access paths for our vans.
These works are being carried out between Mon 12th Feb and Fri 16th Feb and during this time we have very limited and on occasions no access to our warehouse. We apologise for the delays this will cause but will in the long run allow us to improve our speed of service and make big improvements for the future.

Deliveries are carried out Monday to Friday and will normally be between 7:30am and 6:30pm.
Delivery times are subject to stock availability. Individual product/colour lead times can be found on product pages.

- Sample Pack delivery times are around 1-2 working days currently once dispatched with Royal Mail 48

- For standard large orders; once an order has been placed you given a delivery day via text and email within 3 working days
Delivery Terms and important information:
All deliveries of our Alpha Composite products are undertaken by our in-house delivery team and trained 3rd party couriers.
We aim to be as helpful as possible when delivering products. As a general rule products will be unloaded to your property's kerb side, front garden or down an easily accessible side gate or easily accessible garage only. Any other location will be at the drivers own discretion.
Our drivers are strictly not insured to take goods any further into and/or through houses/buildings. We recommend an adult present upon delivery to help carry the goods to the desired location.
We recommend 1-2 adults are present upon delivery to carry the goods to the desired location. Please ensure there is someone at the property able to take delivery and sign for the delivery, this must be someone over the age of 18. If no one is at or cannot be at the property we will give you the option to leave in a safe place at your own risk, we will need written or verbal consent that you want goods left in a safe location of your choosing and that you are happy to take responsibility for them from there after this is usually done via email or phone call as all calls are recorded.
If a delivery is unable to be made upon the agreed delivery day because no one was able to take the delivery or was unable to access designated area, an additional delivery fee will be charged to rearrange a new delivery day. This will also mean the first initial delivery fee will be non-refundable.
If for any reason you are not happy or satisfied with your products when they arrive, you must let us know straight away and mark this on your delivery form signed upon receipt of the goods. Please ensure that photos are also taken for evidence of any issue and inform us by calling 0203 3011 1661 straight away. We will then rectify and issues as quickly as possible.
All products are quality checked before loading for delivery.
